Special rules for Asterios: Asterios is a legend and can be identified as such by the stamp on his playsheet.
He is immune to all effects that caused by natural 10's.
The Minotaur have affiliation rules which are unique to him (see page something...)

The Minotaur doesn't have any packs. He always have his special item (Omonecros) and 2 others which are chosen randomly (except if otherwise noted in a scenario).
In any case it cannot carry equipment that is not his own.

It's imposing breath allows it to deduct 1 from the effects of smoke.

The minotaur can have more than 1 sequence each turn. To take a second sequence it's player must spend 1 victory point. It isn't possible to make 2 sequences in a row.
If it wins the initiative the minotaur can take it's sequence when it wants to, if it looses the initiative it still can make two sequences but it cannot take them whenever it wants to not during the first turn of play.
(So the minotaur can take 2 sequences during a turn. If it wins the initiative it can take them whenever it wants to, but not during the first turn and not two in a row, if it looses it it has to play them both like normal ie opponent makes a move, minotaur, oppoent, minotaur, opponent.)


1) Omonecros (the big axe of Asterios)

Type: Hand to hand.
If the minotaur scores at leat 4 hits in hand to hand combat with Omonecros, the target is instantly killed without the benefit of a shockroll.
The minotaur can also throw Omonecros at a character on the same path as himself. If the target survives the attack place Omonecros under the character the minotaur targeted.
Omonecros is so heavy that no other character than the minotaur may pick it up.
(Legend are immune to autokill)

Ouros (Helmet): Ouros allows the beast never to weaken. Consider his last row of stats 7,7,7,7

Petros: (Armour): Because of this powerful armour each natural 1 rolled by an adversary in hand to hand combat also cancels a succes.

Peratos: (Leggins) Forged by the Gods of the Olympic these leggins allow the wearer to automatically succeed when bullrushing, all characters run down like this takes 1 automatic wound.
(Legends are immune to the automatic wound)

Orkios: (Shield) This shield allows it's wielder to counterattack for free. If it counterattacks in hand to hand combat and the opponent doesn't "shrug off" all the wounds of the attack he is knocked back to an adjecant space. If he hits another character, they both take 1 automatic wound.

Esseis: (Belt) By using an action the Minotaur can hit the ground so hard that the shockwave allows him to place a rubble token on any space on the same path as the minotaur. All characters adjecant to the token takes 1 automatic wound. (might not be completely right)

Ochlos: I have no idea what this do, I'll post the babelfish translation, your guess is as good as mine:
The rage of the combat increases when the keep silent minotaure its adversaries. It gains 1 point on its potential of displacement á each time qu' it carries the fatal blow á enemy. Moreover, the minotaure profits d' a no-claims bonus d' 1 point on its potential of displacement if that allows him d' to arrive at the body á body with an enemy and s' he starts the combat

Sweet!

I was wondering what the text was in the preview.

He can automatically "bull rush" with Peratos, cute.

And he can throw his axe and make shockwaves like Thor, nifty.

I'm deciphering Ochlos as:
He gains 1 point of movement each time he eliminates an enemy. He may also move 1 additional space if it allows him to engage in Hand to Hand Combat with an enemy???

I think your right. He can move an additional space if he takes a hand to hand combat action after it, and he gains a permanent +1 speed for each character he autokills with his axe.
Nifty, I'm looking forward to Asterios.
